Hi friends! I just wanted to update everyone that it's official and Paint, Bake, & Create has an etsy shop! My sewing machine is my newest crafting addiction, and I can't seem to get enough of it! This was a recent baby shower gift I gave one of my dearest friends, Sara. She is expecting her 2nd baby, and this time it's a girl! Her name is Waverly. What a sweet name! :)

The little boy that I nanny for is turning one this week, so I made him this cute cowboy hat shirt for this birthday! He is having a western party! So cute!

This next houndstooth applique is for my sweet Maggie Claire and I cannot wait to put her in this!!! She has some yellow pants to go with it! Seriously, I can't handle the cuteness!

sweet baby girl name canvas with bow

I did this adoption canvas a year and a half ago for a sweet gal who worked at our church, Amy. They took a picture with it and surprised their family and friends announcing they were going to adopt! Exciting huh? the story just gets better...

A lot of you might know her from following her blog over here. She is so sweet and has a great blog, and she is a great photographer! After a long journey, her and her husband adopted a sweet girl a couple of months ago! I just had to make something for her to go in her new room. Here is there family picture. Annie Rice just turned 1 year old in July.

This is her new canvas with Annie Rice's name on it, with a cute pink and green bow! I loved how it turned out with the color combination, these are all my favorite colors. I picked Psalm 139:14 as the verse, which fits perfectly for her sweet Annie Rice!

I have other name canvases available under the "name canvas" tab at the top of the blog! :)

This past week I have been a busy painting lady!

I made this sweet hairbow holder for my precious friend Lindsay who was surprised that she had a girl! {They waited to find out what they were having... after she has had 3 boys in a row!} What a sweet shower this was to go to. It was a sip and see after she had the baby, and everyone got to meet her sweet Catherine Glory! She loved the hairbows and the holder to match her room! This is her opening the gift! :)

This next painting was painted for my awesome friend/mentor/parenting class teacher who is due to have Samuel any day now! I did it to match his bedding the Mod Pod Pop Monkey crib set that will be in his room. I thought it turned out super cute with the little "chubby monkey" on it!

This next painting is for a girl who is getting married this fall and wants to use this in her wedding pictures. How cute is this idea?!?! I can't wait to see the pictures from her big day with them holding this painting!

This last one was painted for one of my friend's at Seacoast who is expecting her third girl named Garland. What a beautiful unique name! This painting is done to match her Dena Happi Tree Line crib bedding with the adorable owls on it!

minnie mouse love

On our recent adventures to Magic Kingdom in Disney World, I came up with a cute minnie mouse hairbow. I've seen them before, so I figured I would make my own for Maggie Claire to fashion while we were there! We had the best time!

This adorable minnie mouse hairbow is made out of grosgrain ribbon, and a lined alligator clip. Atop minnie's ears is a sweet little bow with a little bit of bling. This clip really is fabulous! The colors are interchangeable, and I can also do red polka dot ribbon! :)

Inventory update: I have still been making hairbows and other goodies, but I haven't been really promoting them on my blog. Some of you have asked what I have, so here is a picture of what ribbons and hairbows I have in stock. Of course if you need anything made that is not pictured, I can do that too! The prices still range from $3-$5 depending on the size and ribbon.

Hairbows are great stocking stuffers or Christmas gifts! Also, if you need a Christmas hairbow for the holidays coming up, I still have a lot of red & green hairbows from last year!

This past week I've done 3 different birthday outfits, and two of them were for little girls named Riley(turned 2) & Rylie(turning 1). The other one was for one of my very best friend's daughters Olivia, or we call her "Liv".

I just thought that I would display one of my hair bow holders that I made recently for a friend of mine who just had a sweet little girl, Jade. I added some bows on it to show you how you can display your little one's hair accessories in her room! I do all of these by custom order and are $12.

Different sizes & shapes are available, I have square, rectangle, oval, and other pretty shapes that I can custom paint initials, names, or quotes on them! Also, I can put 2 ribbons hanging on most of them, and on some shapes (a horizontal oval) I can put three hanging ribbons to hold more bows!!!
